Include the useful details

  1. Describe what you were trying to do, such as download a PDF, restore a backup or import an invoice file.
  2. Tell us whether you used a browser, the iPhone app, the Android app or Apple Watch.
  3. Include the exact error message and the steps immediately before it appeared.
  4. Say whether it affects one document or several, and whether the problem is repeatable.
  5. If relevant, tell us whether the account shows Synced, an offline status or an error.

A short example is often enough: “On Android, I opened an invoice and chose Download PDF. The share sheet did not appear, and the app showed this message…” This is more useful than sending an entire workspace without an explanation.

Protect your information

Do not send passwords, sign-in links, payment-card information or access tokens. Redact client names, addresses and bank details from screenshots unless they are essential to the issue. For imports, a header row and a fictionalised sample row often reveal a mapping problem without exposing customer records.

If a storage warning appears, export a backup before closing or refreshing. Keep that backup yourself while we investigate. For account deletion, follow the separate deletion instructions, including the ownership check if you cannot sign in.

Good to know

Support replies are not instantaneous. While waiting, keep the affected page open if it contains unsaved changes and avoid repeated imports or repeated payment entries. Note what you already tried so we do not ask you to repeat it.

For common issues, start with the troubleshooting category. The guides distinguish a missing email, an expired sign-in link, an unsynced change and a local storage conflict, which can look similar but need different fixes.
