Paid plans are not on sale yet — nobody is charged today. The Free plan costs nothing.
Cancel a subscription
When subscriptions launch, you can cancel any time through the provider you purchased from. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. There is no charge after that period ends.
Request a refund
- App Store purchases: request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play purchases: follow the Google Play refund process.
- Web purchases: email [email protected].
We do not give partial-period refunds except where required by law. App store refunds are handled through the relevant store’s process.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These include a refund for a major failure and other remedies where the law requires them.
